IBM i presentation @ Wrocław University of Science and Technology

On the 12th of March 2025 I had the opportunity to co-present at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. The topic of the presentation was IBM i - the power of stability in business and it was driven by my employer.

The goal of the session was to introduce students to IBM i and the RPG programming language. We covered the basic architecture of the operating system, the industries in which the solution is used and some example real-world use cases.

I think it’s very important to share knowledge with university students and help inspire the next generation of engineers. I also believe that building awareness and a community around IBM i is beneficial for everyone working with the technology.
